workplace project
Waste Connections of Canada wanted its new Toronto head office to reflect its values of safety, integrity, customer service and being a great place to work. Working with SDI Design, the brief called for sit-stand workstations with low partitions, casual lounge and meeting areas including a sixth-floor balcony, a café, and formal meeting and training rooms with acoustic walls and embedded technology.
Harkel supplied and installed the full Global Furniture Group scheme: Bridges II benching and Global Accord seating at the workstations, Swap tables in the flexible meeting area, and Drift, Citi Square, Bakhita, Solar and Spyker seating across the café and meeting rooms. Muted finishes sit against polished concrete and exposed ceilings, and a working industrial garage door links the meeting area to the workstations.
Harkel Office has furnished workplaces across the Greater Toronto Area since 1979. Tell us about your space.
